Due to the overwhelming response for interested parties, we have begun contacting those that have signed up on our list of interested future residents.

An email was sent out to those that entered their information on the interest list, with specific instructions on how to obtain an appointment. You must follow the instructions on the email blast that went out.

Applications will be taken by appointment only.

Blue Coral is still an active construction zone and therefore is closed to the public. There is no office staff on site at the property location. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to enter the site at this time.  Applications will be accepted at an off-site location. You will be informed of the exact location individually.

Move ins are anticipated to begin June 1, 2026.
